Jessica Novotny

Jessica’s practice focuses exclusively in the areas of post-death administration and probate throughout California.

She represents fiduciaries, including corporate trustees and private professionals, as well as beneficiaries, navigating both informal and formal legal processes in compliance with California law. Jessica brings with her more than a decade’s worth of experience in financial services, having worked for national brokerage and trust companies throughout her career.

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) and earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School (Los Angeles, CA).

Jessica was nominated by her peers as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyer for 2020-2023 and is a member of the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association Trusts & Estates Section.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking and scouting new farmers’ markets.
